A new five-story, 148-room hotel is opening here at Thompson’s Point in the summer of 2026. Sited next to the Children’s Museum and Theatre and Brick South, and steps from the Depot Pavilion, this dual-branded Residence Inn and Moxy hotel will bring even more energy to one of Portland’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
