All contracts negotiated separately. Dates and scheduling are subject to change due to weather events, or the State Theatre Concert series finalization. All liquor sales, consumption, food service, security and operational oversight, sponsorship and marketing is managed by Thompson's Point. Third party agreements are prohibited. Load-in begins at 3:00pm and ends at 3:45pm with no late admittance for vendors or bands. Event begins at 4PM. Band sets typically begin around 5pm. Band sets are contracted 90 minutes in-total with one set break. Any failure to meet disclosure or contract terms during the course of the series may result in dismissal from future event dates. All vendors are required to meet Thompson's Point COVID-19 protocols, which may change at any time.
