THOMPSON’S POINT IS PAY-TO-PARK 24/7, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
Thompson’s Point is a Transit-Oriented Development and we are actively engaged in Transportation Demand Management, so we strongly encourage and support finding alternatives to single occupant vehicle use, but all visitors, and modes of travel, are welcome here. Parking at Thompson’s Point is simple and convenient for all guests. The campus offers ample on-site parking just steps away from restaurants, event venues, and attractions. During larger events, additional parking areas and clearly marked overflow lots are available to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
Citations & Violations
Citations are distributed based on violations of our Campus policies. All guests are expected to note signage in their traffic and parking areas and are responsible for reviewing provided information prior to their visit.
Any vehicle without an active parking session via Passport or Kiosk pay-and-display ticket at time of discovery is eligible for citation, booting or towing at owner’s expense.
Passport information submitted by the user must match the vehicle upon discovery. Incorrect vehicle information that leads to citation due to user error is not grounds for appeal acceptance.
Kiosk pay-and-display printouts must be visible on dash at time of discovery. Printouts not readable or missing from dash are not grounds for appeal acceptance.
Booting & Towing
“Thompson’s Point is a privately owned and operated campus and implements citation issuance, booting or towing in order uphold campus policy, maintain and improve traffic flow and eliminate hazardous conditions.
Vehicle’s who do not have an active parking session via the Passport Parking app or via a pay-and-display kiosk ticket are eligible for citation, booting or towing.
Vehicles with three or more unpaid citations are eligible for booting or towing upon the issuance of the 4th citation. If your vehicle was towed for having three or more unpaid citations, you will need to pay the total amount due, including all outstanding fees, fines and penalties prior to your return to our Campus. Towing to be conducted by Yaz Towing. Separate towing and service fees may apply.”

Contesting a Citation
All citations are eligible for appeal within 15 days of the receipt of violation. If an appeal is submitted, fee schedules are frozen during the course of the investigation.
Citations are reviewed on a case by case basis and decisions, which are based on our campus policies, are final.
